Hello! I’m Awa, a Certified Coach with a focus on personal development and trauma healing.
My passion for this field stems from personal experiences. Having grown up with feelings of unworthiness rooted in the subconscious and low self-esteem, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and development. My certifications in Reiki, the Completion Process, and NLP provide a solid foundation in energy healing, emotional integration, and neuro-linguistic programming, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to support your healing journey.

I've been Certified with the Completion Process back in 2019. I've been using it on myself since then, as well as with friends and family. I've experienced dramatic changes - from strengthening my relationships with family to healing (and continuing to heal) deep traumas from the past that I never knew existed. I was also able to heal physical illnesses and bring awareness to deeper parts of myself. Being aware is key! I'm very grateful for that.
I've always been fascinated by why we do the things we do. Once I understood that it's related to the universe we live and grow up in, I realized that there's something that can be done.
I’ve come to understand trauma as ‘distress without resolution.’ For instance, imagine a moment when your mother screamed at you while you were reaching for the fridge - that’s a form of trauma. Often, we may not even realize these moments have left an impact. It’s possible to carry unresolved issues from such experiences into our adult lives, affecting aspects like weight. Revisiting and resolving these instances using this technique can contribute to achieving your weight loss goals. This is just one example of the various ‘traumas’ we may have dissociated from. The objective is to bring all the pieces back together, much like completing a puzzle!
There are many healing modalities that exist out there, and my wish for everyone is to find the ones that work best for you. I am sharing what has worked for me and the people close to me.

The Completion Process
The Completion Process is an 18 step therapeutic visualization technique developed by international spiritual luminary, Teal Swan. This process is a comprehensive approach to healing core traumas that recur and show up as emotional triggers and limiting beliefs preventing us from living empowered lives free of fear. Teal writes, “everyone on earth, regardless of how good his or her childhood may have been, has experienced trauma to some degree that continues to influence our lives today. This is a technique that goes to the core of all problems, where suffering begins in our lives. The Completion Process unhooks us from those past experiences and integrates our fractured aspects, rejoining us with our present day self.”
The Completion Process RECOVERS, RESOLVES, and INTEGRATES these lost aspects of self, so that we can move forward with our lives feeling more whole, centered, happy, and clear.
The Completion Process walks you through an emotional trigger that’s currently present in your life by following that emotion to your earliest childhood memory of it, and then within that memory resolves the needs of that inner child version of you. The relief this method provides comes through in two ways: first is the mental visualization and subsequent emotional experience of resolution, and the second is by providing a framework of conscious awareness through the adult perspective of the events that occurred.
Teal developed this technique over a decade of years spanning her own abuse, healing, and work with her clients. She popularized this technique in 2016 as a method of self-healing through her book The Completion Process. Since then, she has traveled the globe teaching and certifying high-level practitioners to facilitate this process for others.
